Therapy for Growth & Well-being

Life can be complicated, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether you’re moving through a major transition, managing stress, healing from past wounds, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, therapy offers a space to explore, process, and grow.

Together, we’ll create a supportive and compassionate environment where you feel truly seen and understood. My approach considers all aspects of who you are—mind, body, and nervous system—helping you recognize patterns, build resilience, and make meaningful changes that align with your values. No matter where you are in your journey, therapy can be a powerful space for self-discovery, healing, and creating the life you want.

Therapy FAQs

  • I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit before scheduling a full session.

My standard fee is $185 per 50-minute session, with payment due at the time of service. I accept all major credit cards (including HSA/FSA cards) for easy, secure payment.

Sessions are typically scheduled weekly, with biweekly appointments available in certain cases. If you have any questions about fees or payment options, feel free to reach out!

  • I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, I’m happy to provide a superbill that you can submit for potential reimbursement. I accept all major credit cards to keep payments simple and convenient.

I know that paying out of pocket can feel like a hurdle, but it also means your therapy is truly your own—offering greater privacy, flexibility, and the freedom to focus on what matters most to you, without insurance limitations.

  • If you're in crisis or need immediate support, you’re not alone—help is available. While I’m unable to provide emergency services, there are several resources in Washington State that can offer immediate assistance whenever you need it.
